How does it work?
Your Hot Air Ballooning journey will begin with our office administration and reservations team. They are such a fun bunch of creative, kind and insightful people who absolutely love to delve into peoples’ imaginations and make them reality. Who said making a balloon reservation should be boring? Next, you will meet some of our Ground Crew team. They will greet you and prepare you to embark on your ballooning journey.
Experienced Pilots
Your pilot will be one of a team of incredible pilots who have had over 20yrs flying experience here on the Gold Coast. They have in-depth knowledge of the weather and topography on the Gold Coast. They all have commercial pilots licenses, CASA accredited with a 100% safety record. They take their job very seriously (with a little humour) ensuring you have the ultimate flight experience.
